A care & cost guide

What belongs in the full cost?

Ask for every charge in writing. An advertised price may leave out later bills. Agree on the time period you want priced, including any later visits.

Why is there no standard price here?

The records checked September 28, 2026 list no approved medicine containing BPC-157. Without an approved product, neither its maker nor the government has a published medicine price.

That leaves a practical task: get the full cost of the proposed care from whoever would provide it.

An advertised price cannot answer the legal question: may a pharmacy make a medicine from this ingredient?

How to unpack a quote

  1. The visitWhat does the first fee cover?
  2. Any testsWhat is needed, and what is included?
  3. The follow-upWhich visits or messages cost extra?
  4. The full totalWhat else is charged, and what repeats?
Use these as questions. Ask for each answer in writing.

Which lines can I ask to see?

  • The fee for reviewing your health problem and what it includes.
  • Any test order, test fee and fee for explaining the result.
  • Any charge for a later visit or ongoing plan.
  • Any separate medicine, delivery or supply charge, if proposed.
  • The amount due now and the terms for later payments.

Mark each line as included, extra or still unclear. Leave a blank rather than guessing a total.

How do I compare offers fairly?

Ask both services to price the same things over the same span of time. Compare what remains included after any opening offer ends.

If a line is unclear, the useful next step is an answer to that line, not a guessed saving.
