A care & cost guide

# What can I ask before paying?

Start with the question that needs an answer. Keep the written replies beside the quote so the costs and the care stay connected.

## What can I send to the care service?

### A price request to copy

Please list each charge for reviewing my health problem, any tests and later care. Show what is included, what renews and what is billed separately.

What remains payable if no treatment follows?

Which later visits or messages have a fee?

Are any delivery or supply charges proposed?

When does an opening price end?

What are your terms for cancelling and getting a refund?

Ask for each charge on its own line. Ask for a corrected quote when an answer changes a line.

## How do I check the doctor’s licence?

Ask for the doctor’s full name, licence details and permission to treat someone in your location.

The state medical board, which licenses doctors, publishes licence status and public disciplinary records, in the guidance checked September 17, 2026.

Use the medical-board directory, choose the board for your location and search its own records.

A clean public record does not grade the care a doctor provides.

If a pharmacy is named, check its licence separately through the FDA’s state pharmacy search links.

FDA is short for the US medicine regulator’s name: Food and Drug Administration.

## What can I ask about the care itself?

Which health problem would we treat?

Why are you suggesting this treatment for my health problem?

What evidence comes from people rather than animals?

What other options can we discuss?

Would an in-person examination change the plan?

Who would make any proposed medicine?

For BPC-157, asking whether it is FDA-approved has a clear answer: no, in the US records checked September 28, 2026.

Ask for the exact ingredient name and who made it. BPC-157 can mean different versions of the ingredient, such as BPC-157 acetate. The FDA treats these versions as different ingredients and warns that unclear names could mean you receive something different from what the doctor ordered.
